Our team collaborates with our families, physicians, and local providers to create a service plan that will be most suitable to your needs.
The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid program that is a service provider to medically fragile children under 21 years of age that need skilled nursing and non-skill nursing assistance at NO OUT-OF-POCKET COST to the family.
Families can apply for services at any time with Milestones Independence Service assistance.
Milestones Independence Staff will help with the GAPP Approval Process.
Experienced and trained nurses that are skilled to assist our medically fragile, intellectual, and developmentally disabled children. Milestones Independence nursing services are equipped to provide wound care, catheter care, respiratory treatment, medication administering, restorative care etc.
